Captain Lee Rosbach
Born and raised in Saginaw Michigan, Harold Lee Rosbach is the second of seven children. While Capt Lee has been in the industry for over 20 years, he started yachting a little later in life than your average “yachtie.” While living in the Turks and Caicos Islands managing a restaurant, Lee was attracted to the industry after serving as a mate on a sailboat delivery to earn some extra money. At the age of 35, Lee took the time to get his Captain’s license and left the restaurant management business to pursue his newfound passion for the seas. Having worked both private and charter, Captain Lee prefers charter as he feels the joy he gets in seeing his guest’s reaction’s as they view the beautiful scenery. The gin clear water with its multiple shades of blue is priceless and not something he can get in an office setting. He loves his job and everyday looks forward to new people and new adventures. Capt Lee is always ready to answer the call of the Caribbean, the Med or anywhere there are islands to explore. There is always a new adventure just beyond the sunset.

Eddie Lucas
Eddie Lucas
Eddie grew up boating and fishing with his family around the eastern shore of Maryland. In his early summers, he also got to know the waters of Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.
At the age of 18, he got his first Captain’s License, necessary to operate the multiple boat platforms for teaching sailing, waterskiing and canoeing many later summers on the Chesapeake Bay.
During college, he upgraded to a 100 ton Master’s License and worked on the Spirit of Philadelphia, a day and evening cruise ship on the Delaware River. After college, Eddie progressed to greater duties handling assignments and managing crews on large luxury yachts in the Caribbean. After several years of interesting cruising experience, Eddie passed his 1600 ton exam and now works as a mate docking and escorting huge container ships in the Baltimore Harbor aboard a 5,000hp tractor tug in the Baltimore Harbor.
Eddie is a fan favorite on the Hit Show "Below Deck" on Bravo! Fans just found out that he will be RETURNING this upcoming Season that premieres on November 2nd! You do not want to miss it!

Malia White
Growing up in Oregon with summers in Hawaii, Malia has always been drawn to the water. She comes from a large family, and is the only girl with five older brothers! Following in her brothers footsteps she has always been drawn to extreme sports, outdoor activities and anything adrenaline building!
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Malia took off backpacking the world. 40 countries later she landed in Hawaii for a couple years teaching scuba diving.
From there she then upgraded to yachts and has not looked back. She has never been drawn to normalcy and is constantly seeking adventure and new challenges. Traveling, scuba diving, or any type of adventure ... SHE IS YOUR GIRL!
Right now, Malia White is making waves as the FIRST FEMALE Bosun in the history of Bravo's Below Deck Series.

Colin grew up on the south shore of Long Island, New York and has a strong background in music. This charismatic and fun-loving “Bravolebrity” from “Below Deck Mediterranean” has always made entertainment a big part of his life. Not only can Colin drop an anchor, but he can also drop a beat and has flourished in the entertainment industry on and off the television screen. Colin has been a successful live event host where he interviewed a variety of Bravo cast members, and hosts a thriving podcast featuring a number of “Below Deck” cast members as guests.

Anastasia Surmava, born in the Republic of Georgia, was raised in Burlington, Vermont. She has a degree in Nuclear Medicine but left it all behind to become a chef on sailing yachts. She now lives in Sri Lanka where she has built and runs her own Eco Cafe and Yoga Studio.

Kasey Cohen
Kasey was born in Long Island, New York. She gained much of her confidence and charisma from competing in pageants, where she was an official state finalist for Miss NY, USA. She attended Stony Brook University, earning a bachelors degree in Psychology and minored in Theatre. Having grown up living on the water led Kasey to yachting, and ultimately Below Deck Med. Her exposure on the show has presented opportunities in the acting and modeling industries.

Alex fell in love with the adventurous lifestyle and gorgeous destinations yachting had to offer. His love of travel and seeing new places keeps him going back.

This free-spirited beauty won her fans over with her huge heart on Season 5 of Below Deck Med on Bravo.
Jessica, who grew up in Florida and Southern California, spent her youth surfing at the beach where her love of the ocean was born! Before selling her belongings to work her first charter, she worked in the music industry, and got her Real Estate License. Despite her varied resume, she excelled at every job she tried. When the "real world" seemed too daunting, Jessica turned to yachting.
She owes her ability to remain calm to her first stewardess job with a skeleton crew of three, and her meditation and yoga practices.
Jessica is known for her laid-back demeanor. She approaches each charter with an open mind, but has no problem dealing with confrontation if necessary.

You can't help but smile and laugh and just enjoy what you are doing when you with Bobby Giancola from Bravo's hit show Below Deck Med. Bobby was the fun, out going Fireman on Seasons 1 and 2! Fans were lucky enough to see him again in their living rooms when he was a main cast member of Bravo's new show Galley Talk.
Bobby Giancola is a Florida native who grew up in Satellite Beach. He officially left his career at the fire department when he decided to pursue yachting full-time. Always hungry for more experience and knowledge to help him climb the ranks, Bobby continued working in the yachting industry after appearing on the first two seasons of Below Deck Mediterranean. His vast experience includes working as a Bosun on a 145-foot yacht and eventually making his way up to become First Mate on various sized-boats ranging from 88 to 130 feet.
Living in Ft Lauderdale and working on Yachts led him to an exciting fast paced career as a Yacht Broker with Denison Yachting.
During his free time, you can find him near the water scuba diving or hanging out on boats with friends.
